Damaged or Defective Products

  • While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in good condition.

  • If you receive an item that is demonstrably damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will review your request and, at our sole discretion, may facilitate a replacement shipment for the damaged item.
